Currency: All rates are quoted in US Dollars, or as otherwise indicated on the Studio’s website.

1. Online Payment:
The Studio offers a secure server for the credit card payments.
The online payment is mandatory and the procedure needs to be done before the arrival of the Visitors at the studio.
a) Payment must be paid immediately when requested prior to travel date of the visitors. Payment to be done through our online payment portal only. Minimum of 4 days advance booking is necessary.
b) Credit will began from the day of booking counting the 7 working days.
c) Please note the final payment may vary from the original booking price or quote if the product and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations or any government policies.
d) Service tax of 14% is applicable on every product or services provided prevailing the taxation policies.
e) Payments made by cheque or direct deposit are not allowed.


2. Policy Regarding Cancellation / NO SHOW / EARLY DEPARTURE:
The Studio will do their best to assist the Agent in altering the arrangements after booking, but cannot guarantee that this will be possible. The Studio shall not be answerable to the said Visitors for any such issues. Any changes to the original booking must be confirmed in writing by the said Agent. Written notification is essential even if verbal notification of an intention to change has been given. Booking cancellation has to be done minimum 2 days before from the date of the tour. All bookings which are cancelled one day prior to the tour date than only 50% of the amount paid for the tour shall be refundable. All bookings cancelled on the same date as the date the tour begins shall not be refundable. Charges will be applied as shown below, calculated from the day written notification is received by the Studio.

The date used for calculating charges:
• 30 days or more: 25% per booking.
• 1-29 days: 50% of total cost of booking
• A day or less: 100% of total cost booking


3. Change Of Itinerary:
Any alteration or cancellation of services from your or Visitor’s side during the tour can incur penalties. There is no refund for unused services.


4. Changes by Us:
While the Studio use its best endeavours to operate all tours as advertised, by entering into this contract, the Agent accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify a tour itinerary or its contents due to prevailing conditions.
The viewing of live shoots depends upon the availability of the shoots available at the time of the tour selected. The studio will be not be liable if there are any changes in the availability of the live shoots .However the studio will try its best to engage the guest with the other aspects in the packages.
The Studio reserves the right at any time either before or during a tour to cancel or change any of the facilities, routes, services or prices described in the brochure (including transport, accommodation or other arrangements) and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes.
If a major change is known by the Studio, the said Agent will be informed at the time of the booking and it shall be your responsibility to convey the same to the visitors. If a major change becomes necessary the Studio shall inform the Agent as soon as reasonably possible if there is time before arrival. The definition of a major change will depend on the individual’s tour and circumstances as it is at the sole discretion of the said Studio. When a major change is made the Agent will have the choice of accepting the change of arrangement, or within 7 days notification of the change, changing the dates or cancelling the tour and obtaining a full refund, provided that the major change is not because of force majeure.
Force majeure is war, threat of war, riot, civil strife, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, natural or nuclear disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical or maintenance problems with local transport or the said Studio’s vehicles, changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline or aircraft type, or other similar events beyond the control of the said Studio. Our Studio shall not be liable for any penalty charges associated with non-refundable airfares, in the event of a change to a tour departure time, date or airport. All costs incurred due to force majeure, such as transport, communication, accommodation, food or other similar items will be borne by the said agent or the Visitor.


5. Local Laws:
All participants in tours operated by us are expected to obey the laws and regulations of the places visited and any failure to do so will relieve us of any obligation that they may otherwise have under these booking conditions. Any/all disputes shall be subject to laws as provided under the laws of India in the State of Maharashtra


6. Complaints:
If the said Agent/visitor has a complaint about any of the tour arrangements the Agent/visitor must bring it to the attention of the tour leader or other representative of the said Studio at the time so that they may use their best endeavours to rectify the situation. It is only if the said Studio is made aware of any problems that there will be the opportunity to put things right. Failure to complain on the spot will result in the visitors ability to claim compensation from the said Studio be extinguished. Should the problem remain unsolved a complaint must be made in writing to the said Studio within 7 days of the completion of the tour or all claims for compensation will be forfeited.


7. Our Responsibilities:
The Studio shall try our level best to provide complete satisfaction to our visitors whilst on tour. The Safety of the visitors within the premises of the Studio is our responsibility. This includes the guarantee of the food quality also. The Studio takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage while on our vehicles or public transport.


8. The Studio shall not be responsible if:
In case if a shooting has been cancelled and no other shoot has been scheduled. No refund shall be provided.


9. Where the visitor suffers death or personal injury as a result of an activity forming part of the component arrangements booked with the us, The Studio shall not accept the responsibility unless there has been any fault from our end and shall not be responsible if the cause was due to force majeure, the visitor’s fault, the actions of someone unconnected with the component arrangements or one which neither the said Studio nor its employees could have anticipated or avoided even if all due care had been exercised.


10. Where the visitor has lost or damaged its luggage by their own fault, the actions of someone unconnected with the component arrangements or one which neither the said Studio nor its employees could have anticipated or avoided even if all due care had been exercised.


11. The Studio shall not be held responsible for any issues arising between the said agent and the visitors.


12. Brochure / Website / Advertising Material Accuracy:
The information contained in our brochure, on our website and in other advertising material is believed correct and to the best of our knowledge at the time of publication. Errors may occasionally occur and information may subsequently change. The said Studio cannot be held responsible for any error, omission or unintentional misrepresentation that may appear in the brochure, on our website or in other advertising material.


13. Lost property:
If any visitors have lost an item during the tour, the said agent must report it to the said Studio within 7 days of your return home. The Studio will try to help find the lost item and if found, Studio will post it to the visitor/agent. Agent/visitor will be charged the cost of postage and a handling fee of Rs. 2500 per lost item. The said Studio accepts no liability for helping the visitor with its lost property. The said Studio takes no responsibility for any loss or damage to your luggage while on our vehicles or public transport.
